For my entry I decided to do a painting connected with God and Earth and climate change. In this painting I tried to portray the fact that we are badly damaging our environment and that soon it will be too late to make a difference. In this use of the picture is all about the God that the world is beating up.

As the world heats up it is melting some of the only sources of clear water held in icebergs and glaciers. Id the temperature keeps getting warmer we will soon have no clean fresh water left.

I like the theme I have been working on because it is a worldwide problem and it is happening now and we all have the chance to do something about it and make a difference.

What I like best about my world is that it puts such a strong image into your head about what we are doing to God’s creation and we don’t even realise it.

I’ve discovered after looking at this topic that I think we can all do a small part of trying to get God’s creation back to a wonderful place to be.
