The move into middle leadership can sometimes be a daunting experience from having been a member of an RE Department to now lading colleagues. 

Devised by experienced middle and senior leaders this course will reflect current thinking in middle leadership and relate to NPQs to widen your understanding of your role.  During the session we will cover areas such as monitoring and evaluation, analysis of results, vision, values and the development of a curriculum to include all pupils.  This course is timed with the publication of the new curriculum from DfE and will include discussion about the future direction of RE envisaged in the Curriculum and Assessment Review and the DfE response to it.
