Votes are in for the new NATRE executive

The NATRE steering group are delighted to announce that new NATRE Executive committee for 2027 – 2030 have been elected and verified.

Thank you to all who took part in our election process, we are delighted with the results of this election and thrilled that NATRE remains the subject association that is led by teachers, for teachers.

NATRE recognises that there was a huge amount of expertise amongst the candidates for election and we are hugely grateful to all our members who put themselves forward to serve the RE community in this way.  Whether members were successful or not, we hope that our subject association continues to support you and your students on your journey with RE.

At NATRE, we are hugely excited about what the next few years might bring for our subject and the RE community.  We are thrilled with the team that you have elected to represent our subject association at this pivotal time.  These elected members will be joined by a number of experienced members of the NATRE executive who have been co-opted by the steering group to support and mentor new executive members.

We look forward to welcoming our new Executive committee who will start their term of office in March 2027.  Until then, we remain grateful for the work of our current executive, excited about what they have achieved so far and hopeful for what the future might bring for our subject and the RE community.
