9.5C Sample survey from Explaining Atheism: CREDs (Ways of Knowing: a Toolkit, secondary)
About this resource
Supports section 9 in Ways of Knowing: a Toolkit secondary edition. The section proposes a multi-disciplinary investigation of the Explaining Atheism (EA) research project about belief in God or otherwise and what might influence that. Resource 9.5C is a survey sheet for student use. Contains 6 questions developed by Jon Lanman and Michael Burmeister (‘Religious actions speak louder than words: exposure to credibility-enhancing displays predicts theism’, Religion, Brain and Behaviour, 2017) as further measure of ‘CREDs’ (credibility-enhancing displays) to determine likelihood of theism or atheism.
