The resource presents results from a survey conducted among Sikhs in autumn 2023, gathering insights into their beliefs and practices. With 85 responses, the survey highlights key aspects of Sikh identity, particularly how young and older Sikhs engage with their faith.

Findings indicate high levels of daily prayer and worship, with 74% of younger Sikhs and 93% of older Sikhs participating in home worship every day. The survey also emphasizes the importance of sewa (selfless service), which nearly all respondents believe positively impacts their lives. Additionally, a significant majority express that being Sikh provides them with a strong sense of purpose.

The demographic breakdown shows variations in practice and engagement, with notable differences in worship frequency between age groups. For instance, younger Sikhs predominantly visit the Gurdwara weekly, while older respondents often attend more frequently.
