Humanism – What symbols are important to you?

This document, aimed at KS1 students, introduces Humanist values by encourages aging students to consider which symbols are meaningful to them. It explains that Humanists may not use religious symbols but still value symbols that represent important ideas, such as human rights, peace, and kindness. This activity promotes self-reflection in young learners, allowing them to express what matters to them personally and symbolically, fostering inclusivity and respect for diverse values.
