Through a range of lessons, pupils are guided to explore biblical texts, artwork, Christian practices, and personal reflection. The unit includes practical and creative activities, such as interpreting artistic rePowerPoint of the Trinity, studying Gospel passages, and comparing infant and believer‚”s baptisms. Pupils are encourages aged to ask questions about the meaning and purpose behind these rituals and how they reinforce Christian identity and community.

This unit also links to wider themes such as relationships, belonging, and mystery, enabling pupils to reflect on how Christians understand God as being beyond human comprehension, yet intimately involved in the world.

By the end of the unit, pupils develop a foundational understanding of the Trinitarian nature of God and can explain how this belief shapes Christian worship and beliefs. It strengthens their ability to interpret religious language and symbolism while enhancing RE enquiry skills and spiritual reflection.
